Given our exciting and aggressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager of Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement to join the Global GTM team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for key solutions and value added services all along with the development and execution of the sales enablement plan.

About the team

Our Marketing and Communications teams help us reach and connect with more people. Thinking like a customer comes naturally for these Worldpayers, but they're always striving to master it. The creativity they bring is backed by hard data - a blend that truly moves the needle.

You will work a hybrid style schedule (~2 days/week in office) out of one of our hub locations: Cincinnati, Denver or Atlanta.

What you'll own

  • Partner with product to build the end to end story of the new solution or value added service - what are we doing, why, who are we doing it with, how are we doing it, when and how will it all work end to end
  • Translate these complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content that sales teams can effectively communicate
  • Seek out and use data to develop the go-to-market sales strategy, partnering with sales teams to align and approve of delivery
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on creation of sales-focused materials
  • Craft content plans specifically designed to support sales teams in driving partner activation and product adoption
  • Produce high-quality sales materials including battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence documents
  • Create targeted content packages for specific partner audiences that address unique pain points and opportunities
  • Build sales scripts, talk tracks, and guided selling tools that streamline the sales process
  • Partner with content strategy, sales, product marketing, and GTM teams to identify critical content needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materials
  • Coordinate approvals and incorporate feedback from sales teams and leadership
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Create and execute all GTM timelines in collaboration with cross organizational teams including Client Communications, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Learning & development, Legal, and more, to ensure successful execution of GTM delivery
  • Project manage overall GTM program execution while monitoring and managing resource dependencies and timelines; identify and mitigate risks to key milestones
  • Communicate and present project progress and results to key commercial leaders, executive management, and other key stakeholders
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform decisions and improve messaging and sales enablement
  • Exhibit ability to both influence and command stakeholders from different areas across the business
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What you will need:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Management, or Product Marketing
  • Ability to lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and prioritization skills
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment with confidence to drive discussion, gain consensus and hold both individuals and teams accountable for delivery
  • Creative problem solving that identifies new and innovative ways to grow the business
  • Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing sales enablement content
  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyze and translate data into concise stories
  • Payments industry experience a plus

The pay range for this full-time position is $133,900.00 - $224,900.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This position is eligible for bonus. The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer.
