T-Mobile CoE Leader

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to head the T-Mobile CoE. This role will be responsible for delivering on the CoE charter by leading a cross-functional team, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with both CNS and T-Mobile's strategic goals.T-Mobile is one of CNS's most strategic customers, with approximately 10 active projects currently in progress. To ensure an exceptional customer experience and to develop a globally replicable delivery model, CNS Nokia and T-Mobile have jointly established a Centre of Excellence (CoE). This CoE brings together representatives from all key stakeholder functions across both organizations, fostering deep collaboration and alignment.

The CoE Leader will be responsible for driving the following key deliverables in alignment with CNS and T-Mobile's strategic goals:



  • Lead the development of a fully automated, globally replicable migration process, ensuring alignment across all functional teams. Address global customer expectations for deployable software at the C5 release milestone.
  • Overcome delays caused by non-blueprint hardware validation and automation scripting by implementing robust, process-driven improvements to enable immediate deployability post-C5.
  • Deliver a single-pane-of-glass observability solution covering both applications (VNFs & CNFs) and infrastructure layers (CaaS, hardware, and OCP).
  • Align tools and processes to meet T-Mobile's observability requirements and ensure global scalability of the solution. Support T-Mobile's strategic goal of migrating all applications to T-Cloud, their in-house horizontal cloud platform.

BY 2025



  • On-time, high-quality delivery of 8+ projects.
  • Zero operational impact from software upgrades.
  • Full implementation of single-click automation for deployments and upgrades.
  • Successful IMS deployment on T-Cloud.


BY 2026



  • Completion of T-Cloud migration for all applications.
  • Deployment of a unified observability platform (single pane of glass).


You Have:



  • 15-20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments.
  • Proven experience in orchestrating and coordinating across multiple functions, with at least one role spanning 3-5 years in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of customer network environments, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Strong technical knowledge across key domains, including: IP, Cloud , Core networks and OSS/BSS.


This role requires the candidate to be based in Seattle, Washington.
