Work Schedule:

30% FTE, PRN, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Flexible scheduling, 12 hours per week. Ability to also work occasional organization events throughout the year (not required). You will work at 448 Science Drive in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the organizational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Hospital Services Assistant to join UW Organ and Tissue Donation (UW OTD), a top-ranking, hospital-based organ procurement organization in Madison, WI.

As a Hospital Services Assistant, you will:



  • Assemble memory boxes to honor and support donor families and loved ones.
  • Prepare monthly recognition materials for hospital partners across the region.
  • Assemble test kits used in evaluating organ donors and transplant recipients.
  • Support community education and outreach by printing and packaging materials for events.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-volume mailings that support our mission and outreach

Qualifications

  • High School degree or GED Preferred
