Your Role The Installation and Billing department ensure accurate and timely member eligibility and premium billing. The Business Planning and Risk Management team enables goal setting and corporate strategy alignment, budget, forecasting, staffing, and performance monitoring to enable department success. Additionally, they enable quality assurance; drive adherence to standards, regulations and internal policies; mitigate risks and optimize operational efficiency to support organizational goals of compliance and audit readiness. The Business Analyst Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Program & Project management. In this role you will lead and manage Small Business and Individual Family Plan (IFP) compliance guidelines in consultation with Legal, Product, Sales, I&B, and other stakeholders.
