STS Technical Services is hiring entry-level Associate Assemblers to join the 2nd shift production team in High Ridge, Missouri. • Assemble products according to prescribed standards using models, drawings, and documentation
  
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  
• Handle materials, tools, and chemicals in compliance with company safety standards
  
• Participate in LEAN events and Six S initiatives to support continuous improvement
  
• Complete simple sub-assemblies such as hardware installation and mechanical/electrical prep work
  
• Conduct pull tests and inspections to ensure assembly quality
  
• Use production tools like routers, parts lists, and work instructions
  
• Interpret diagrams and perform basic troubleshooting of multiple unit assemblies
  
• Promote the company's mission, values, and culture through daily work practices
  

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to the nature of the work)
  
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical diagrams
  
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
  
• Willingness to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
