Job Summary As a Senior Associate in Business Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transformation efforts, managing cross-functional workstreams to ensure public readiness, and spearheading cost optimization strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of collaborating with various departments to achieve financial and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead BPO Transformation Initiatives: Oversee the planning and execution of BPO projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Workstream Management: Coordinate and manage initiatives across Finance, Legal, Technology, and Enterprise teams to ensure readiness for public engagements and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring that collaborations align with the company's strategic goals and contribute positively to financial outcomes.
- Cost Optimization Leadership: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across various departments, implementing strategies that drive financial performance without compromising quality.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and challenges.
Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business operations, strategy, or a related area, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Education: MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in managing BPO transformations and familiarity with public readiness processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of financial modeling, process improvement methodologies, and relevant software tools.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience at Healthcare companies
