Position Summary

The Quality Technician II is responsible for verifying manufacturing processes and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality assurance activities, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete quality assessments during Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.
  • Implement and monitor Quality Management Plans and process control limits.
  • Inspect, measure, and test mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.
  • Verify material conformance to specifications and interpret technical standards.
  • Maintain inspection plans, logs, and technical documentation.
  • Collect and analyze quality data using statistical methods; prepare charts and reports.
  • Support audits, preventive maintenance, and process troubleshooting.
  • Assist with process improvements, inspection procedures, and test report generation.
  • Maintain Process Feedback System (PFS) data and support users.
  • Generate quality metrics including test yields, DPU, and PPM.
  • Provide administrative support for training, documentation, and internal audits.
  • Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain critical item lists.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
  • Associate degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • ASQ certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime and support a 24/7 global operation.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • Willingness to cross-train and support other site operations as needed.
Education: 2-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
