Capital Group's Global Design System (GDS) is the shared foundation for creating consistent, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across our products. As part of our ongoing investment in digital product and design infrastructure, we're growing the team that supports and evolves this system. We're looking for an Associate Digital Product Manager to join the GDS team in a hands-on role that blends technology and strategy with creativity. You will be joining a team that highly values curiosity, experimentation, and iteration. You'll collaborate with product managers, content authors, engineers, designers, and researchers in shaping our visual and interaction patterns, while providing support for the tools and components that our team manages. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product management career. Key Responsibilities

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
