We're looking for a Regional Sales Leader to spearhead business development efforts, expand market share, and shape the future of our epoxy and resin solutions across commercial sectors. What You'll Do As a key player in our leadership team, you will: * Lead & Inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and capture new business opportunities. * Drive Strategy by developing actionable sales plans, launching new products, and identifying profitable market segments. * Build Relationships with contractors, facility managers, architects, and end users to grow our footprint. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies. * Analyze & Adapt by staying ahead of market trends, economic shifts, and competitor moves. * Champion Innovation by identifying emerging trends and recommending new offerings to meet evolving customer needs. What You Bring Must-Haves: * 3+ years of business development experience in the epoxy or resin industry (commercial focus). * A proven book of business with at least 5 active accounts generating over $5,000 each. * Strong background in technical sales and account management. * High School Diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-Haves: * 2+ years of experience leading sales teams. * Experience launching new products and building sales strategies from the ground up. * Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches.
