Job Summary

Richard offers internship opportunities across multiple disciplines, providing hands-on experience and professional development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Interns work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that drive real impact.

Our internships are designed to prepare students for long-term careers with Richard. We are committed to mentoring, training, and supporting interns as they grow their skills and explore career paths within our organization.

Opportunities

Depending on your role, you may:



  • Support project start-up, execution, and close-out activities.
  • Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, content development, and campaign coordination.
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and sustainable business practices.
  • Help maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, presentations, and professional development sessions.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe, Procore, Bluebeam, or financial/marketing software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (for select roles such as Project Engineer Intern).
  • A desire to grow and learn within an organization that invests in its people.
