Description

This is a full-time onsite position based in San Diego, CA, running for 6 months plus. The role requires 30-40 hours per week. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered for the position.

Are you a science-oriented undergraduate student looking to obtain some hands-on process development and manufacture sciences experience in the world of biotechnology? If yes, then come join our team as a Lab Management Intern

Your Tasks:

This position will primarily be responsible for learning and performing routine marketing and pricing project activities. The focus of this position will be to gather and analyze pricing information from competitors in order to gain insights and make informed pricing decisions for Miltenyi products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide product competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
  • Uncover competitor product gaps and opportunities.
  • Support data-driven decision making.
  • Assist the marketing product management team as requested.
  • Complete assigned training courses.
  • Submit weekly activity reports to supervisor/sponsor.


    Requirements:



    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline, preferably in immunology or biology and 0-2 years' experience in a scientific related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous experience or training in sales or marketing a plus.

    Work Environment:

This job is performed in a temperature-controlled facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment.

    The anticipated base salary range has been established at $21.00-$25.00/per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
