Job Summary The Manager of Change Management leads organization-wide efforts to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role develops and oversees change strategies that align with Prevea's goals and ensures teams are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout transitions. The Manager partners with leaders across the organization to anticipate barriers, guide communications and training, and ensure changes are sustained over time. This position plays a critical role in driving a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
What you will do
* Change Management Strategy & Execution Develops and leads change management strategies for large-scale organizational initiatives, applying methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR model, to ensure alignment with Prevea Health's strategic priorities. Identifies potential barriers to adoption and develops solutions to drive successful implementation and sustainability. Conducts change impact assessments, identifies key stakeholders, and designs tailored engagement plans to drive adoption. Partners with operational leaders to embed change into ongoing workflows. * Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Works with leaders, frontline staff, and key stakeholders to build awareness, secure buy-in, and overcome resistance to change. Develops communication plans that provide clear, transparent messaging about upcoming changes, expectations, and benefits. Uses multiple channels (meetings, newsletters, digital tools) to maintain engagement. * Training & Capability Building Develops and delivers education and training programs to build internal change management capabilities across the organization that equip employees and leaders with the knowledge and skills to manage and sustain change. Coaches leaders and teams on best practices for managing change within their departments to ensure staff are prepared and confident in transitioning to new ways of working. Supports process improvement teams in integrating change management into their initiatives. * Collaboration with Process Improvement Works alongside the Facilitator of Process Improvement to ensure that enterprise-wide initiatives not only improve workflows but are successfully implemented and sustained. Provides change management expertise for major process improvement projects and helps reinforce new behaviors across the organization. * Measurement, Feedback, & Sustainability Defines and tracks key success metrics for adoption, engagement, and sustainability of changes. Develops dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and inform leadership on change effectiveness and areas requiring additional support. Gathers and analyzes stakeholder feedback, adjusting change strategies as needed. Implements reinforcement strategies to sustain change. Education Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work or related field Required * Master's Degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Preferred Experience Qualifications * 3-5 years Experience leading or supporting organizational change efforts, preferably in healthcare or other complex, service-driven industries. Required * 1-3 years Experience working with healthcare professionals in various levels of an organization. Preferred Skills and Abilities * Demonstrated ability to navigate and facilitate change across teams and departments, including overcoming resistance, aligning stakeholders, and sustaining momentum. * Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills. * Experience with interactive presentations to a group. * Demonstrated professional experience working on strategic projects with multiple priorities. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate deliverables and dependencies across business units and communicate and collaborate with all levels, including executives. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information. * Experience and demonstrated ability to teach new skills * Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with key organizational stakeholders, business partners and senior leaders. * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience applying formal change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to support organizational change and employee adoption. * Demonstrated ability to design and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies to guide stakeholders through transitions. * Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to influence change readiness and resilience across diverse audiences. Licenses and Certifications * Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) awarded by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Prosci Change Management Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or other recognized project management certification or advanced learning degree in Healthcare Management, such as Master's Certification in Project Management or an MBA.
