THE ROLE: Business Analyst, Digital Product Management

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, and engaging experiences for users exploring and interacting with content across all digital lines of business. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive navigation and features which support browsing and search functionality. You will ensure seamless cross-platform development across smart TVs, streaming devices, mobile apps, and web browsers. Your primary responsibilities will include defining requirements, managing backlogs, and overseeing the development of features that align with both business goals and user needs.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Align the product roadmap with business goals by ensuring features and priorities support strategic objectives, drive value, and address market opportunities effectively.

  • Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals.

  • Work with editorial teams to support efficient creation and management of new content capabilities.

  • Collaborate with PMO, engineering, and quality assurance teams to develop and launch new features that improve content discovery and navigation experiences.

  • Write clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Convert user stories into technical requirements and ensure delivery meets expectations.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of product management experience leading teams and utilizing data-centric product management best practices.

  • Experience supporting full-stack digital technology websites and applications, including basic understanding of CMS, CSS, & HTML.

  • Adept at managing work in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, tools such as Jira are a plus.

  • Strong technical, creative and strategic acumen.

  • Solid visual, design and information architecture vocabulary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Video technology experience

  • Television industry experience

  • Some SQL or understanding of relational databases

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Curious and innovative, with the ability to connect the dots between market and technology changes and product opportunities.

Compensation Annual Pay Range: $90,701 - $104,307 Annual Incentive Target: 10.00%

minimum and maximumbasepayrangefor this role.Compensation for the role will

be based ona number of differentfactors such asa candidate's qualifications, skills,
