Job Summary

Delivering structured and agreed transformation programs in collaboration with impacting and impacted stakeholders. Acts as the interlock between Globally deployed transformational initiatives and Regional deployment project teams and leadership.
Responsible for the interlock between Operations and large scale / large impact global business transformation programs. Builds strategic relationships and delivery programs in collaboration with global and regional program management organisations, stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

Planning

  • Develops strategic business cases, plans large scale/complex global cross functional business transformation programs that contain multiple high profile/business critical dependencies and risks

Stakeholder Management

  • Works predominantly with the leadership to manage stakeholder expectations and build strategic relationships

Communications

  • Works with the organisational change management function to coordinate and delivery global communication and transformational programs to plan

Risk Management


  • Accountable to regional and global Operations leadership, advices on risk management mitigation and proactively consults on adjustments to programs to ensure delivery of the strategic transformation program. Acts as an interlock

  • Takes council from senior leaders within Equinix to analyze complex problems and recommend action


Project/Program Delivery

  • Responsible for the delivery of large scale/complex global cross functional business transformation programs that contain multiple high profile/business critical dependencies and risks

Resource Management (people, finances etc.)


  • Responsible for liaising with company wide teams of program managers and multiple resources (i.e. SME's) to deliver large scale global cross functional business transformation programs.

  • Responsible for setting Functional Leadership agendas, managing functional and cross-functional communications, overseeing functional projects and carrying out activities to maintain leadership team cohesion

  • Leads committees of interest, transformational program progress readouts. Adapting content and style to suit leadership to end user audiences

  • Acts as a spokesperson and support for Operational Excellence transformational programs


Qualifications


  • 10+ years experience preferred

  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Managing Successful Programs Practitioner certification preferred
