THE JOB:

Asan Assistant Retail Manager, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability, staff engagement and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards, efficient stockroom organization, achievement of assigned goals and tasks, compliance with store standards, and policies and procedures

• Onboard new hires and support the training and development of retail staff by fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, coaching on sales strategies, guiding daily operations, and ensuring elevated guest experiences

• Improve selling techniques and increase store profitability

• Implement and maintain cost control procedures, including minimizing shrink and monitoring inventory levels to support financial success and store profitability

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and is able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

• Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, management, or retail setting
