LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: PRN, Days - Weekends Only 8:30am - 5pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for handling/storing/preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations, preparing food that meets standards for palatability/appearance, portioning food in accord with designated standards, meeting meal schedule, avoiding food waste, using standard recipes, and using equipment and supplies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

* 1 Year of Baker, Cook, or Salad Maker in Healthcare/Medical, Institutional or Restaurant Environment Preferred
