JOB TITLE: Food Service Associate III Production DEPT: Dietary LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN SHIFT: PRN, Days - Weekends Only 8:30am - 5pm MAURY REGIONAL HEALTH: At Maury Regional Health, patients are at the heart of everything we do. JOB SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for handling/storing/preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations, preparing food that meets standards for palatability/appearance, portioning food in accord with designated standards, meeting meal schedule, avoiding food waste, using standard recipes, and using equipment and supplies.
