Job Description

Position Objective:

Support the Plant Manager regarding meetings, on time delivery, planning customer schedules, customer visits, manufacturing initiatives and employee relations and also coordinates travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily production meetings to cover all generator product lines and then update internal and external customers with generator on time delivery information and any issues that would affect delivery.
  • Track and analyze shipments for on time delivery for all Caterpillar and Open Market facilities and report to Plant Manager
  • Update Weekly Demand Excel report.
  • Scan and email daily shipments that include bill of ladings and packing lists to Caterpillar.
  • Data entry and obtain bookings for FG Wilson Ireland shipments
  • Travel arrangement coordinator
  • Various other responsibilities including support Director of Operations with meetings, backup for Caterpillar issues, tracking data and other duties.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Associate's degree with three to five years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
