Job Summary
- Clinical Rotation and Student Program oversight
- Partners with educational institutions to develop and maintain student and career development pathways.
- Student orientation and on-boarding
- Coordinate and manage events supporting students and healers in career development.
- Partners with Talent Management to implement Centralized Education for targeted departments.
- Partners with Senior LMS and Instructional Design Specialist to automate education plans and documentation for sustainability.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition and HR to target mission critical service lines and positions to build development pathways for internal healers and pipelines for external students.
- Assists in securing grants that could help financially support certifications in targeted areas.
- Partners with Talent Management Team to develop mentoring opportunities at various levels of the organization.
- Serves as Talent Administrator in Workday.
- Plans, develops, coordinates and implements Talent Review process in Workday, organization wide, including leadership.
- Teaches designated classes for leadership and healer development.
- Assists Talent Management Team with Leadership Institutes and other leadership development programs.
- Provides coaching for leadership and healers.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, HR, Human Relations, or related field required.
- Master's degree in related preferred
Experience
- Three years of experience in Talent Management, Healthcare, Human Resources or related field required; in Career Development a plus.
- Experience with Workday administration added bonus.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/Certification
- Certification in Crucial Conversations and/or Just Culture helpful.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Canva, Smartsheet preferred.
- Experience with Gallup, GallupCliftonStrengths, Crucial Conversations and/or Just Culture desired.
- Business acumen and strategic system thinking needed.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely, present and facilitate groups, as well as read, understand and follow oral and written instructions, required.
Compensation/Benefits
- $28.95-$47.28/hr depending on previous work experience.
