The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, and development of the necessary requirements to support system development and implementation efforts. This employee manages and coordinates these activities from beginning to end through the use of best practices, focused on strategic/analytical assessment, requirements gathering, iteration identification, problem solving, and project management.
Job Responsibilities: * Conduct Project kick-off meetings with business focus groups * Specify requirements that are in line with the company's vision and mission * Work with business to perform ROI analysis of planned projects * Perform analysis of business needs to produce overall definitions of workflow * defines the business need and requirements, and makes appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness and successfully document these flows, requirements, and recommendations * Develop functional requirements which include technical requirements and design, including Screen prototypes, Database design, Logic Flow, etc. * Perform first pass Q/A testing on specific functions within the module as part of Unit Testing * Work with the business and training on developing the high level implementation plan and training program | |
