Job Summary

The Discrete Manufacturing Production Analyst is responsible organize and analyze data; establish and maintain effective working relationships; present ideas clearly verbally and in writing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. have an good understanding of bill of material and routing structures.

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Responsible for maintaining standard discrete jobs.

* Responsible for creating and maintaining Reman jobs.

* Support production with discrete job completion problems and discrete job updates.

* Review Negative Report - work with each department to ensure scans are performed correctly.

* Evaluate negatives / inventory control issues involving discrete jobs with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Information Technology to drive correct component transactions for processes.

* Ensure discrete jobs are loaded into production scheduling tool.
* Assist with production scheduling tool departmental updates, as needed.
* Responsible for updating discrete job material requirements, due to Design Engineering / Purchasing component changes or substitutions.
* Responsible for discrete job Oracle workflow development.
* Assist with material transactions, as needed, for production / shipment support.

Compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets. Follow prescribed recording procedures and utilize different word processing techniques.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience
Oracle Knowledge
High School Diploma
