Pay: $28-$30 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Advantage xPO is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our client's team, maintaining commercial properties, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and delivering exceptional service with every call. What You'll Do:



  • Perform thorough preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including package and split units.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with boilers, airflows, ducting, and standard commercial HVAC systems.
  • Ensure EPA-compliant handling of refrigerants and execute safe repairs for electrical and mechanical components.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and performing minor electrical repairs.
  • Utilize technology like tablets and smartphones to complete work orders, service reports, and inspections.
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Provide estimates for larger projects and additional services as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification or state-approved license preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile device applications.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks, including climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
