Take your career to new heights with a premier aerospace leader. Staffmark is hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to support a globally recognized aerospace company in Fullerton, CA. If you're passionate about strategic negotiation, contract compliance, and working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays

Salary: $130k-$140K per year

Responsibilities:



  • Review, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts
  • Develop and enhance business unit contracting policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with ABAC, FCPA, FAR, DFARS, and internal governance
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, legal, and global teams
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and streamline operations



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, FAR/DFARS, ABAC/FCPA, and export compliance
  • Proven experience negotiating complex sales/purchase agreements
  • Skilled in risk assessment and contract strategy
  • Proficient in MS Office; aerospace/aviation background preferred
  • Familiar with Lean, 6S, and process improvement tools
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per export regulations)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicator
  • Able to lead independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimal travel; professional office and plant setting
