Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays Salary: $130k-$140K per year Responsibilities: Review, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts Develop and enhance business unit contracting policies and procedures Ensure compliance with ABAC, FCPA, FAR, DFARS, and internal governance Collaborate closely with executive leadership, legal, and global teams Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and streamline operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of contract law, FAR/DFARS, ABAC/FCPA, and export compliance Proven experience negotiating complex sales/purchase agreements Skilled in risk assessment and contract strategy Proficient in MS Office; aerospace/aviation background preferred Familiar with Lean, 6S, and process improvement tools U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per export regulations) Detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicator Able to lead independently in a fast-paced environment Minimal travel; professional office and plant setting Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
