Press Machine Operator

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $17.30/hr
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.55/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Osterwald press machines or similar, using computer-controlled systems
• Load and unload inserts from multiple presses
• Gauge inserts to ensure proper dimensions and inspect visual characteristics with scopes
• Pull samples and record inspection results on the route cart
• Select and weigh tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
• Separate scrap from good inserts and document results accurately
• Scan and log production information
• Safely lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Previous machine operation experience
• Familiarity with basic inspection tools and visual inspection techniques
• Able to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Steel-toe shoes required
