Position Summary The Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our Team! The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Leader provides support to HAFD with primary responsibility over our Greensboro, NC and Sylacauga, AL facilities. This role plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across HAFD. Responsibilities
