Director of Neurodiversity Innovation & Employer Partnerships
Curry College is seeking Director of Neurodiversity Innovation & Employer Partnerships to serve as the for the strategic initiatives of the Neurodiversity Center for Excellence (NCE). This position will be responsible for program development, design, consultative practices, thought leadership in neurodiversity, and workplace inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a background in business and consulting focused on neurodiverse adults, along with expertise in program and product building. They should be a recognized expert in neurodiversity, with experience in inclusive employment practices, universal design for learning (UDL), and supporting neurodivergent individuals in professional settings.
Essential Functions:
1. Program Leadership & Development:
- Lead the development of strategic programming initiatives for employer training, development, and career coaching programs;
- Design and refine neurodiversity-affirming programming that support inclusive workplace practices;
- Develop content that is adaptable across industries, reinforcing consistent, inclusive practices throughout the employment network.
2. Strategic Initiative Development & Implementation:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Center's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices in neurodiversity and employment inclusion;
- Partner with the Executive Director on business development activities with partners to include programming, resources, and impact assessment strategies;
- Develop frameworks for neuroinclusive hiring, onboarding, and workplace accommodations in collaboration with employer partners;
- Represent the Center at conferences, workshops, and community engagement events.
3. Training & Employer Engagement:
- Lead workshops and training sessions for employers, educators, and service providers on neurodivergent workforce inclusion.
- Provide expertise in universal design, assistive technologies, and executive function support in workplace settings.
- Foster relationships with industry leaders and advocacy organizations to advance neurodivergent employment initiatives.
Additional Functions:
- Respect and maintain confidentiality, parameters of operation, professional protocols, and individual privacy.
- Grant Support-Support grant proposals and external funding opportunities related to neurodiversity programming.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or their designee.

- Understanding of UDL and Accessibility: Experienced in universal design for learning (UDL), assistive technologies, and creating accessible environments in both academic and workplace contexts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Disability Studies, or a related field with a specialization in neurodiversity.
- 7-10 years experience in program development, consulting, or employer engagement related to neurodiverse populations.
- Experience designing and implementing neuroinclusive programs in workplace settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Psychology, Education, Disability Studies, or a related field with a specialization in neurodiversity.
- Experience working directly with neurodivergent individuals in coaching, career development, or transition programs.
- Background in business development, grant writing, program development and evaluation.
- Familiarity with employer engagement strategies related to disability inclusion.
Salary Range:
$100,000 to $105,000 annually
