Position Description

ATI is looking for a Communications Intern who will work mid-May to mid/late August 2025.

This is a paid internship with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Estimated hours: 20-30 hours/week

Pay: $20.00 per hour

We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

Essential Functions
  • Provide support to ATI, its programs and the ATI Foundation.
  • Assist with website maintenance, create and update print and electronic materials, and other various tasks.
  • Provide support to meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Provide research at supervisors request.
  • Learn and gain experience through job shadowing.
  • Contribute to ATI team.


Additional Responsibilities:
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Current college graduate or college student, minimally as a rising junior.
  • Good verbal and communication skilled required.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Individual must be organized and punctual.
  • Employee must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of "a U.S. person" upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
