Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Training and Curriculum Development Lead Advisor to lead the successful completion of key deliverables and stated objectives to initially develop and stand up the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness Advisor (H2F-A) program. The overall goal of this project is to bridge the gap between holistic health and fitness scientific research and the general public's knowledge and ability to optimize their health, performance, and well-being. The Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Training and Curriculum Development Lead Advisor will lead a team of subject matter experts to develop and stand-up curriculum that will span the domains of physical readiness, mental readiness, sleep readiness, spiritual readiness, nutritional readiness, behavior change, integration, and resource management. They will work with stakeholders to maximize the attainment of college-level credits. They will coordinate and monitor the status of work performed. They will develop, deliver, and evaluate HPO training. The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine. We serve military, medical, academic and government clients by administering, managing and supporting preeminent scientific programs that benefit members of the armed forces and civilians alike. Since its founding in 1983, HJF has served as a vital link between the military medical community and its federal and private partners. HJF's support and administrative capabilities allow military medical researchers and clinicians to maintain their scientific focus and accomplish their research goals. This position will be in support of the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) under the Uniformed Services University Department of Military Emergency Medicine. They will be working with the Human Performance Resources by Champ (HPRC) Team to develop and stand-up curriculum for the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness Advisor (H2F-A) program. Note: This site requires that the incumbent has lived in the US for three out of the past five years. Responsibilities
