Warranty Field Technician

Description

Acara Solutions is looking for Warranty Field Technician for one of our clients in Philadelphia, PA. This position is contract to hire.

Pay: $36-$42 hourly

Carry out Troubleshooting of Alstom products during Warranty period as well as Pre-warranty, Commissioning,
Validation and Certification period including investigation and repair
Carry out Fleet check activities
Register all required relevant failure/event data in Defect Management data base (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo, ...)
incl. configuration data
Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal or external Supplier
Manage Troubleshooting team activities (if applicable)
Ensure good information flow within Troubleshooting and Customer Site Warranty team (shift change) (if
applicable)
Support helpdesk activities (if required)
Implement Field Modifications (FM) (if required)
Contribute to Return of Experience (if required)

Associates Degree
