Position Title: Hybrid Contract Helpdesk Representative
Wage: Based on Experience A Hybrid Contract Help Desk Representative I job in Cranberry Township, PA is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 1+ years of technical support experience within an IT field and a strong understanding of infrastructure, desktop, and utility support. In this position, candidates will provide end-user support and monitor computer systems, resolve, document, track, and manage technical problems in a timely manner. This position will also set and monitor performance goals, respond to user requests via phone, email, or other applicable channels, and provide advanced problem solving directly to customers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home.
