This Position reports to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Operate motorized equipment (order picker or reach truck) to move materials; assist with returns processing, including organizing and manually handling vendor and customer returns.
• Quality Control & Collaboration: Inspect incoming and stocked materials against quality standards; coordinate with ABB plants, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues; manage defective parts using system controls.
• Inventory & System Management: Post and manage Resale GUA counts in LX and SAP; support inventory accuracy efforts with the Resale team; assist wave planning for return shipments.
• Safety, Standards & Support: Follow all safety protocols and use PPE; maintain departmental quality/productivity standards; perform housekeeping duties and provide cross-departmental support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: Minimum of 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with warehouse management systems, RF units, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); ability to operate PIT equipment, with preference for experience on both order pickers and reach trucks.
• Physical & Safety Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, work at heights, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, team player with strong multitasking and adaptability skills; able to handle confidential information professionally and work flexible shifts or overtime as needed.
