KPMG is currently seeking an Analyst II to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Work flexibly in a centralized high-performing team environment, supporting internal and external clients across various locations, often communicating virtually to support project delivery
  • Oversee the setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with stakeholders, and reviewing documents and reports for accuracy and formatting
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure competency and key performance indicators (KPI) are met, while effectively reviewing data across multiple systems, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory risks
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, resolve project issues with minimal guidance, and mentor other team members
  • Assist Team Leaders in constructing and executing quality-related informal and formal development plans.
  • Review and evaluate financial risk, reporting, and accounting processes for Federal entities, support all project lifecycle phases, develop client relationships, and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required
  • Experience with Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB), Government Accountability Office (GAO), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Treasury, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and more)
  • Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptability and strong collaboration skills
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance; ability to work onsite at client location
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
