Job Description To greet all guests, customers and members when entering the property during the overnight shift and ensure that the resort entrance is maintained in a safe and secure manner. Responsibilities * Operate the welcome center with a pleasant and professional manner. * Be prepared to give directions to the resort, private residences and surrounding areas. * Announce arriving Guests/ Golfers on proper radio channel * Follow proper radio protocol * Working in the exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
