Looking for a hands-on role with steady hours and a supportive team? Staffmark is hiring a Packaging Associate (Customization) to join a well-established warehouse operation in Lima, OH. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | Full-time with potential overtime

Job Responsibilities:



  • Open stock cases using safety knives and properly dispose of over-wrap
  • Assemble packaging components and build cardboard boxes
  • Fill completed displays with inspected product based on instructions
  • Seal and label cases using a tape gun or tape machine
  • Stack finished goods on pallets
  • Perform all tasks safely and accurately while maintaining product quality
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and personnel matters



Requirements:



  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse or assembly experience preferred
  • Basic math and counting skills; ability to follow written instructions
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (cold in winter, hot in summer)
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Experience using a pallet jack is a plus
