Are you ready to take the first step toward a hands-on career in manufacturing? Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join a growing team in Springdale, AR. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Pay: $13.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime available

As a Production Operator, you'll help assemble a variety of components using multiple parts while ensuring high-quality standards are met. You'll also handle basic data entry and support the production process from start to finish.

Daily Responsibilities:



  • Assemble tensioners, idler assemblies, vacuum/valve devices, and brackets
  • Complete sub-assembly tasks and preliminary operations
  • Use presses to tension and bolt pulleys
  • Pack finished components for shipment
  • Conduct regular quality checks
  • Perform basic data entry using in-house computer systems



What We're Looking For:



  • Prior industrial or assembly experience preferred
  • A solid work ethic and consistent work history
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet
