UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Senior Practice Manager to join our Clinical Operations Group (COG). This opportunity is a full-time day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Minimum $83,283 - Midpoint $106,121* *Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience. *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Summary: Under limited supervision from the Director of Clinical Operations and in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Group (COG) leadership team and leadership teams at individual clinics, the Senior Practice Manager is responsible for role standardization, orientation, training, and interim coverage for clinics throughout COG. Identifies business strategies, policies, protocols, and systems that improve practice productivity, efficiency, customer service and revenue generation across multiple clinics in support of the COG's strategic initiatives. Minimum Job Requirements of a Senior Practice Manager: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of progressive experience in clinic operations management in an ambulatory setting. Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
