Job Summary

The Associate Account Executive is responsible for providing support to assigned account services team. This includes but is not limited to leading client meetings (in absence of AE) weekly, and/or quarterly, competitive reporting & analysis, creative setups & trafficking, communication, data management, building strong client relationships, and general team / client needs. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Show invested interest in client's business/build client relationships.
  • Maintain consistent pulse on DRTV marketplace performance, providing insights to client as it relates to media.
  • Onboarding/training of new junior staff.
  • Coordinate and/or direct account coordinator in all internal process as it relates to client setup & ongoing maintenance of a campaign: prep & send ATBs, check all media is booked, as directed, request media channel spends from client (attribution), communicate with ops/traffic on upcoming new creatives, creative changes, and station lists for approvals, manage prepay process, management of client folder, and creative delivery, setups, internal communication related to trafficking.
  • QBRs - Coordinate/lead additional outputs as it relates to client needs.
  • Analysis of competitive/MRI reports.
  • Reporting (CTV & Linear) - create & maintain client reporting & SOPs, cross-training other colleagues on reporting & deliverables and leadAccount Coordinator team updates in reporting/new ideas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience managing campaigns in client-facing role
  • Experience specifically with TV short form media; additional experience managing other ad channels a plus
  • Demonstrate accuracy in all internal/external projects
  • Flexibility in department needs, as directed by Sr. Account Director
  • Internal expert on all process/campaign details as it relates to client account
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Microsoft Office Suite:Excel/Pivot tables,Word and Powerpoint
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$39,960.00-$65,648.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
