Description Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified Process Technician to work with our client in the Semiconductor industry in Tualatin, OR. Are you looking to further your career of grow? Here's what you'd do: Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D. Performs set up of processing equipment. Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel. Prepare technical reports and summarize findings related to technical problems experienced while testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies Install components/hardware by referring to drawings and Cell Fusion procedures Access and update Configuration Editor settings by utilizing sales order/BOM (SAP) Create detailed MFG tasks covering skipped steps, document abnormal conditions and tool reminder Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities including rework requirements and pilot build projects Follow safe work practices by utilizing PPE and practice Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST) Here's what you'd get: Pay: $38.32 p/hr. (includes shift differential) Night Shift: Compressed Shift Bk-End or Front-End /Wed-Sat 4:30 pm - 3:30 am Employment Type: Contract to Direct Holiday pay, 401(k), direct deposit, and medical and dental insurance Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 2-5 years previous Process/Engineering Technician experience Able to read schematics/blueprints, trouble shoot, investigate and document any safety issues. Worked in a clean room environment wearing PPE and Gore-Tex Bunny Suit. Additional Information: Clean driving record as a MVR will be run.
