Job summary

The Strategy Analyst will support various programs and projects within Total Rewards, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) due diligence and integration. This role involves project management, policy tracking, evaluation, and enhancing employee programs. The analyst will collaborate closely with various groups within the Coworker Success (HR) function to integrate new employees through acquisitions and ensure standardization across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Support M&A activities for the Coworker Success function, managing timelines with key stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with company goals and values.
  • Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of M&A Due Diligence & Integration playbooks, including comprehensive communication plans and templates
  • Support policy standardization initiatives and corrective data analysis to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends
  • Manage monthly processes related to employee programs, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution
  • Evaluate the impact of potential program changes from an employee and financial perspective, making recommendations as needed
  • Prepare conditional offers and facilitate the background check process for potential employees related to the M&A process
  • Collaborate with all total rewards subfunctions to coordinate and communicate HR benefits and plans
  • Engage in other HR-related project work and initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in consulting or HR integration OR
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in consulting or HR integration with no degree
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing business environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with an intense sense of curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-level leadership and stakeholders
  • Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
  • Experience in consulting, overseeing integration or due diligence in HR roles
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies

Pay range: $ 97,000 - $ 134,600 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
