Pay: $40,000-$55,000 annually

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Estimator, your role will be essential in driving project success and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing precise and competitive bids for assigned projects
• Securing winning bids to ensure a consistent project flow
• Building positive, professional relationships with clients
• Collaborating with project coordinators, clients, and draftspersons
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Using FileMaker Pro, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Traveling to project sites as needed (valid driver's license required)

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience, ideally in woodworking or a similar industry
• Experience working on operations with $2M+ in annual sales
• Digital proficiency in AutoCAD, FileMaker Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license required
