Staffmark is excited to partner with a leading logistics company in Bentonville, AR, to find a skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $15 - $16/hr.

Job Summary:



  • Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and coachable individual to join a fast-paced, phone-heavy office environment.
  • Primary duties include answering a high volume of calls, checking and responding to emails, and providing excellent phone communication.
  • Once core tasks are mastered, additional responsibilities will include verifying insurance with providers and contacting customers about available loads.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel is preferred.




Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
