The Paralegal position will work to support the four attorneys in the Legal Department who serve all of the sales and manufacturing entities in the Endress+Hauser Group in North America. Responsibilities include contract review, immigration matters, employment law, risk management, and compliance. Which tasks will you perform?
- Review and revise terms and conditions, purchase agreements, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
- Aid in the management of Endress+Hauser authorized sales and service provider contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract negotiations to effectively manage risk and drive the business, as well as internal teams and affiliates to analyze potential risks on possible contract changes.
- Assist with immigration filings, documentation, and case management for work related visas.
- Assist with corporate compliance and governance filings and legal document management.
- Support various insurance program initiatives, including supplier qualifications, insurance certificate management, and litigation claims.
- Participate in developing process improvements and process mapping.
- Draft and edit legal documents as directed and supervised by attorneys.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Bachelor's degree, or minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Ability and willingness to change, being curious and open to new things, ability to adopt and promote change while thinking and acting positively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be cross-functional process oriented and support teamwork and team spirit.
You may have (preferred):

- Ability to perform legal analysis, read and interpret contracts and commercial documents, and demonstrate negotiation and problem-solving skills
