CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Team Leader to lead our MEP and Structural groups joining our Commercial & Institutional Sector working a hybrid schedule from one of the following CHA office locations: Bethlehem, PA Fort Washington, PA, Lansdale, PA, Reading, PA, Scranton, PA, Brooklyn, NY or Parsippany, NJ.

We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

The Project Team Leader leads a team of 30 professionals, based out of our growing Bethlehem office, playing a critical role in the execution of high-quality projects that support the needs of our clients. Additionally, our Project Team Leader will be responsible for developing new clients for the group and working with other MEP practice leaders across CHA.

REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering required
  • Professional Engineer License (PE) required
  • A minimum of 10 years progressive engineering, project management and technical leadership experience is required
  • Proven success as a leader
  • Technically astute and strategic in thinking to properly position the team for strong technical and financial performance and client satisfaction
  • An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
  • Strong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives and projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to inspire, motive, build and manage relationships across the company and influence decisions from the top down and bottom up
  • Understands QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Proficiency with MS Office software required


SALARY RANGE:

$135,000 - $150,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
