We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead engineering projects from concept through completion. You'll manage capital projects, improve equipment reliability, and support new product development-while leading a team of engineers and collaborating across departments. This role requires50-75% travelto support projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead engineering projects from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet goals safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee vendor selection, equipment procurement, and contractor supervision.
  • Prepare and present Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) for funding approvals.
  • Develop and review project scopes, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Facilitate project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Support local operations with small-scale projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to the regional capital plan and track project performance.
  • Collaborate with business units and corporate teams to share best practices and improve processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in maintenance and reliability, solving recurring equipment issues.
  • Address supplier-related challenges affecting safety, quality, or efficiency.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  • 7 plus years of experience in project management or reliability engineering, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven success managing capital projects from planning to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting new product development and commercialization.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time.



Salary Range:$109,000 - $135,000
