Marketing Manager
Remote/Homebased

Salary range: $70k-$90k exempt salary, depending on years of related work experience

Schedule: At least 40 hours per week, primarily days with some travel (which requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as necessary)

We are seeking a strong individual to work in a corporate marketing support role in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and4 years + of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare. This role entails:

  • Collateral Development:Manage development of sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and other customer-facing materials for both digital and print. Review and edit copy to ensure effective messaging. Distribute support, and control corporate branding standards.

  • Advertising and Campaign Promotion:Work with writers and designers to develop appropriate advertising content for placement in a variety of prospective client facing channels. Manage all marketing needs for campaigns, webinars/speaking engagements, and tradeshow events including collateral, power points, digital assets, landing pages, social, and other tactics as needed.

  • Sales and Account Management Support Activities:Work with sales teams, internal stakeholders, and marketing team to build materials for supporting key customer acquisition and retention activities. Knowledge of the Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot platforms are essential.

  • Campaign Design and Management:Work with sales, operations and the marketing team to manage website content. Develop marketing reports and monitor results for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and digital advertising including social and online search ads. Work with the graphic designer and writer to develop compelling and brand reinforcing content in support of the growth of the business across CPS lines of business.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiar with Salesforce & Hubspot preferred as well as other graphics packages
  • Ability to gather and monitor information with attention to detail, multitask, project manage day-to-day activities across several business lines, meet deadlines, work as a team & with all levels of staff
