Genesys is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Connected Planning who will work in close

partnership with stakeholders in the company to design, develop, implement, and support

RevOps processes via platforms such as the Anaplan Planning platform and others. This person

will gather, develop, and refine business requirements used to build solutions for forecasting,

capacity planning, territory and quota planning, and compensation planning models, while

providing leadership in the deployment of robust and scalable models.

A successful candidate will have prior product ownership experience supporting go-to-market

teams and will be able to influence others to drive productive change and create scalable

processes with minimal oversight. They will be knowledgeable about sales operations business

processes, operational KPIs and metrics. This role is also expected to manage a team of model builders ranging from junior to senior level.

Essential Job Functions:

Be conduit between business requirements and technical solutions:

  • Work directly with business users (for example, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support, HR, Finance, Compensation Administration) to gather comprehensive user stories, for both existing business processes and net new processes
  • Own process to compile business requirements
  • Serve as in-house product ownership subject matter expert to promote adherence to solution building and lifecycle management best practices
  • Closely collaborate with technical teams to streamline the automation of inbound and outbound data interfaces; for example, in/out of Anaplan Data Hub
  • Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into operational solutions
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Anaplan CoE, model builders, etc.
  • Act as the single point of contact between cross-functional teams to promote, manage and expand the Anaplan footprint across the enterprise; expand to other solutions over time

Support strategic decision making

  • Apply Anaplan technology solutions to help solve business challenges involved in supporting fast-paced company growth
  • Be excited to understand executive decision-making criteria and align technical solutions to those criteria

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Project Management or equivalent work experience* Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 Certification required. Master Anaplanner Certification
  • preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting
  • Enterprise Performance Management and/or Demand Planning solutions
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated ability with Anaplan software developing planning solutions in close collaboration with Business stakeholders, ideally in Sales Operations
  • Planning in the High-Tech sector
  • Good hands-on experience in Anaplan data modeling, master data management, and administration
  • Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and expansive learning
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under challenging timelines

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$129,800.00 - $241,200.00
