Position Title: Shipping & Receiving
Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Shipping & Receiving position available at a company in Davenport, IA. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Loading and unloading trucks with sit-down forklift only after training by company. - Receiving and warehousing products. - Organizing the product in the warehouse. - Pulling orders for shipping. - Palletizing large items. - Processing shipping labels and performing inventory checks. Shipping & Receiving Requirements: - Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally throughout shift. - Ability to lift 30 lbs. repetitively throughout shift. - Ability to stand throughout entire shift. - Must be able to bend, lift, twist repetitively throughout shift. - Must be comfortable in extreme heat or cold. - Ability to grasp, pinch, and pull 30 lbs. respectively throughout shift. - RF scanner experience preferred. - 1-2 years previous warehouse experience. - 2 years of previous Forklift experience required. davenport@qpsemployment.com IND065 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
