The Job at a Glance
As the sole Human Resource Generalist at our new location with approximately 100 team members (and growing!), the Human Resources Generalist (Internally known as People Person) is a vital role that wears many hats. In addition to core HR duties, this role involves supporting team members with payroll, benefits, employee relations and engagement events while occasionally assisting with maintenance or building-related questions. Acting as a trusted partner, the HR Generalist ensures team members feel supported from onboarding through their entire employment journey. With a strong focus on accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvement, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building meaningful connections with team members at all levels. While this is the sole HR role at the Phoenix location, you will have the support of a large People and Culture team in multiple locations across the US.

The salary range for this role is $69,395.31 to $92,851.73 per year ($33.36 to $44.64 per hour) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
