    The Job at a Glance
    As the sole Human Resource Generalist at our new location with approximately 100 team members (and growing!), the Human Resources Generalist (Internally known as People Person) is a vital role that wears many hats. In addition to core HR duties, this role involves supporting team members with payroll, benefits, employee relations and engagement events while occasionally assisting with maintenance or building-related questions. Acting as a trusted partner, the HR Generalist ensures team members feel supported from onboarding through their entire employment journey. With a strong focus on accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvement, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building meaningful connections with team members at all levels. While this is the sole HR role at the Phoenix location, you will have the support of a large People and Culture team in multiple locations across the US.
    A Typical Day
    • Respond to all employee relations issues including team member concerns, leaves of absence, team member counseling, and exit interviews
    • Provide ongoing support and fast response to allemployee relationsinquires that require deep subject matter (employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)
    • Lead variety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HRIS audits and HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)
    • Lead and facilitate through change management process
    • Will support team members on all benefits and payroll related questions, including facilitation of annual open enrollment, new hire enrollments and enrollment changes
    • Utilize HRIS (CeridianDayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activities
    • Facilities Manager - maintain relationships with building 3rd party contractors (Cleaning crew, coffee/ vending services)
    • Office Manager - insure that office supplies, lunch room supplies/ snacks, and other day to day building supplies are purchased and stocked; coordinate Friday lunches
    • Culture Coordinator - coordinate, and prepare for culture events on-site (ex: Employee Appreciation Week, program announcements, Core Values celebration etc.)
    • Assist People and Culture Team with special projects and initiatives

    To Land This Opportunity

    • 3-5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably Warehouse, Manufacturing, retail, etc.). Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is a bonus

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
    About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $69,395.31 to $92,851.73 per year ($33.36 to $44.64 per hour) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
