Account Specialist

The Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the administrative and recruitment needs of account portfolios as assigned by Sr. Account Managers. This position is assigned by the Delivery Manager to Sr. Account Managers ad hoc depending on day-to-day requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists with workflow in the processing of candidates through the hiring process; gathering requirements, monitors task suspense, prepares tasking status reports and workload analysis.

Assists with portfolio growth of manpower to include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding contract staff. Assist the Account Managers with effectively communicating with and providing guidance to newly hired staff on first day requirements; where/when to report, what to wear, badge requirements, paperwork completion requirements, triaging first day inquiries, coordinating equipment distribution, etc.

  • Conduct regular planned reviews of timesheets for onsite staff
  • Send corrective instruction for timesheets as necessary to onsite staff


Liaison for Onsite Staff



  • Triage Onsite Staff inquiries and ensure appropriate AM is assigned
  • Handle minor onsite staff inquiries (system issues, timesheet training, etc)
  • Document Development
  • Develop Job Description (Drafts) for ATS (Clear Company)
  • Develop Job Descriptions with PWS requirements for New Hires
  • Prepare Onboard Slide Decks
  • Assist with development of SOPs
  • Assist with development of Operation tool sets (excel spreadsheets, etc)
  • Develop Slick Sheets & Marketing Material
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Manage and maintain data & workflow


Recruiting Support



  • Assist with Sourcing Candidates and initial resume reviews
  • Track candidate hiring process status and assist with keeping candidates apprised
  • Maintain job postings
  • Support social media hiring efforts
  • Engage with Family Advocacy Offices at Installations
  • Gather documentation necessary for Government Approvals
