The Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the administrative and recruitment needs of account portfolios as assigned by Sr. Account Managers. This position is assigned by the Delivery Manager to Sr. Account Managers ad hoc depending on day-to-day requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Assists with workflow in the processing of candidates through the hiring process; gathering requirements, monitors task suspense, prepares tasking status reports and workload analysis. Assists with portfolio growth of manpower to include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding contract staff. Assist the Account Managers with effectively communicating with and providing guidance to newly hired staff on first day requirements; where/when to report, what to wear, badge requirements, paperwork completion requirements, triaging first day inquiries, coordinating equipment distribution, etc. CostPoint
