CNC Set Up Machinist - 2rd Shift act

Experience with Boring Bar, Milling or Drilling of Structural Weldments required (steel, stainless & aluminum)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Verify the accuracy of programs by observing initial machine operations.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and machining methodologies.

- - In-depth knowledge of lathe and mill processes, including multi-axis applications.

- Fluency in using industry-standard controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
