Overview
Job Purpose The Talent Acquisition Partner drives the day-to-day execution of Talent Acquisition by identifying and creating opportunities to work effectively and efficiently with internal clients while providing excellent service. Responsibilities
- Serve as a TA Partner for assigned client groups, utilizing flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand
- Drive communication between hiring managers, HRBP's and Talent Acquisition to ensure excellent service and responsiveness
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of recruiting efforts for assigned client groups
- Develop consultative relationships with business leadership, meeting regularly to learn business priorities, hiring plans, and talent needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition management and business leadership to generate and execute recruiting strategies, employer branding opportunities, process improvement, and programs to create hiring success
- Create recruiting pipelining strategies to build and maintain a continual supply of talent for ICE
- Continually build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement, attending hiring events, and participation in other talent sourcing opportunities as needed
- Build relationships with HRBP's for collaboration on business plans, hiring needs, challenges, and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with other TA team members to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum of 6+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in an exempt/professional hiring environment
- Strong preference for technical recruiting experience; i.e. Technical Recruiter
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented working style
- Strong team player, with commitment to collaborative and communicative relationships
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment
- Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities, organize workload
